Practise makes almost Perfect

( Acrylic on canvas 35x 28')

After months and months of lazily painting the millennium bridge , I can honestly say I hate drawing buildings or anything with too many straight lines. It is just restless.

The one advantage I got from this torture, is that i have began to develop a personal style of painting, so far I'm influenced by Jenny saville and J w Turner.

Things i like in a painting:
-Realistic: but made by very abstract/rough strokes.
- Brown tones: doesn't matter how much i try, my paintings always end up with a very dark tone, Burnt amber I love you too much.

My main aim now is to focus on findind one subject matter to paint, as well as develop a unique style of painting.
